Lia’s Bat Mitzvah Project

Together let’s make an impact today

for a stronger tomorrow!

Instead of gifts please consider supporting our dear friend Sagi Dovev !

For my Bat Mitzvah Project, I have chosen to work with an incredible person, Sagi Dovev. Sagi has dedicated himself to rehabilitating wounded IDF soldiers—our heroes. He works with the most severely injured, training them to become even stronger warriors. Not only does he help them regain their physical strength, but he also rebuilds their confidence and mental resilience.

This year, I experienced an injury myself when I dislocated my knee. I got a small glimpse of what it feels like to be physically unable to walk and afraid to move. I had to overcome both physical pain and mental fears. But even with this experience, I can’t begin to imagine what these brave soldiers go through—risking everything, enduring unimaginable pain, and then facing the challenge of rebuilding their lives.

They are true heroes, protecting all of us, and I want to do what I can to support them. This cause is deeply important to me, and I hope to help Sagi in his mission. In lieu of gifts, please consider making a donation to TEAM SAGI to help heal and support the heroes of the IDF.

Thank you for your generosity!
